On-site services may include: Training Workshops Assessments Value Stream Mapping Applied Problem Solving Lean analysis and workflow redesign Improvement Cycle Implementation Accounting for Improvement Off-site services may include Strategic Business Planning Problem solution methodology coaching Action review meetings Data analysis (manufacturing performance, inventory, quality) Data tool development (Excel Planning sessions On-site time will typically be higher at the beginning of an engagement and taper somewhat as the relationship matures. Scheduling is arranged by mutual consent to ensure this on-site time is high-value time. |
